Episode 63

How to Cope and Comfort when the World is Too Much

In today’s episode, Doug and Dr. Talia acknowledge the traumatic stress impacting all of us after the terrorist attack on Israel and the cascade of horror that has unfolded since. Global crises cause peripheral traumatic stress to those directly affected, of course, as well as those at every level of caring. We talk about the symptoms of traumatic stress, we give you strategies to care for yourself and comfort others, (diagram of of the concentric circles of caring below).

Tune in for community love, support, and psycho-education. And remember, We’re Not Fine, but we are better together.
